Dear colleagues and partners

Could somebody help on hydroponics.
We collected the installation but we had problems.

Dear colleagues and partners

Can any of the experts suggest the resources of free full-text databases in the network on the issue of environment and agriculture

noise monitoring

How is noise monitoring important for EU countries and Central Asia countries?

Is the differrence between

Is the differrence between automated and distant methods used in the environmental monitoring significant?

partner-guest
The difference is that

The difference is that automatic methods provide results from large territories. Monitoring stations that measure more pollution indicators are used. Measured values are automatically stored or sent to repositories. Distant methods locate spot and local pollution of the selected environmental compartment. They are based on a field survey in which samples are taken. They are analyzed directly in the field or in the laboratories.

In what situations is the international classification of FAO-WRB soils used in Kazakhstan? Or only the national classification of soils is used?

1.How is pollution water  monitoring of desert ecosystems?

2. How is soil pollution monitoring of desert ecosystems?

Methods for determination of

Methods for determination of total contents of pollutants in desert materials are the same or very similar to determinations in soils. Heavy metals are usually determined using of AAS - atomic absorption spectrophotometers or by IPC spectrometers, organic pollutants by gas chromatographs or by mass chromatographs.   Because of the very low organic matter content in desert materials it is not necessary to know the content of heavy metals in organic fractions. Knowledges about available forms of heavy metals extracted from desert materials by water or by some light acids are useful because of leaching potentials of those elements. Also pH of desert material is useful to know because of different heavy metals mobility in conditions of different pH. Space densities of sampling depends on real conditions. Also frequencies of determinations depend on real situations and/or real threats from pollution.

Limits of pollutant contents in desert materials must be adopted on national and/or regional levels because of specific natural conditions. Monitoring is observation for long time development of arbitrary parameters, it means that also monitoring of desert must be provided during the long time period.
